Where can I get an English ADHD test in Berlin?

I am a 17 years old Canadian living in Berlin and I have ADHD but I need to get a screening test in order to get a prescription. I cannot speak German and every places I have seen so far that offer the test cannot offer it in English because nobody seems to speak English in this country (or French for that matter).

Does anyone knows about a place with an English (or French) speaking doctor that can offer an ADHD screening test?
