      Adhd is mental problem neither are aloke in any ways except maybe they both.

      They are two different things.

      Mental Retardation is based on intelligence level and there may be deficits in communication and physcial coordination. There is no medication that can treat mental retardation. People with mental retardation don’t necessarily have attention deficits or hyperactivity.

      ADHD is based on how someone can sustain attention and may include hyperactive or impulsive behavior. Someone could have ADHD and be highly intelligent.

      Some people have both Mental Retardation and ADHD.
