I like this guy and he’s usually hyper. However, today he seemed kinda frustrated and asked him if he’s okay. He said he just needed energy to be hyper and It’s actually normal for him to be like that. So I asked his friends if he was lying and two of them said he had adhd that’s why he’s so hyper. So what does him needing energy have to do with adhd?

      water, energy drink like gaterade, sugar, standing up

      nobody is hyper when they are tired. it has nothing to do with ADHD
