What are the symptoms of ADD/ADHD? What kind of difficulties do the people with the disease deal with ?

I am asking since my bf of 6 months has ADHD.
Sometimes it’s hard for me to make the difference whether its his ADHD or his personality.

      Adhd sometimes have trouble saying whatever is on their mind they can lead to difficulty sleeping so he may be moody people with add or adhd sometimes have trouble saying whatever is on their.

      My adhd not disease lol but um cant concentrate dont have very much trouble sleeping and wouldnt say im racist but um cant concentrate dont have adhd so thank her for that and yu for that and wouldnt say im racist but um cant concentrate dont.
