What are some good dieting changes for a toddler who may have ADHD?

My son is almost three and could possibly have ADHD. I don’t want him medicated as I don’t think it’s serious enough unless the doctors thinks so but I have heard several comments about making diet changes for your child to help with the disorder. What do they mean dieting changes? What is a good diet for a toddler to be on?

You are good to not want to medicate your child. There are alternatives, and pescription drugs should be a last resort. Good Luck to you and your family!
