My 9 year old son is ADHD and I do craft with him, and try and keep him from watching TV so much. I need some easy ideas that wont take to long.
Thanks for all the cool ideas. I was running out. He just got a bike for x mas and we are teaching him to ride it without training wheels. he gets scared easy, and would not ride without them before, and asi put my foor down and told him that he was 9 and he need to ride without them.

We paint ceramic figurines (can be found a Wal-Mart), legos, and K-Nex. It allows him to be creative and do whatever his mind tells him to do for the project.
Other than that - we race remote control cars, ride bikes, build forts, play soccer… anything active.
One thing I allow when we do crafts is allow him to be as completely creative as he feels. The only rule - we paint on a huge sheet of paper!!!
