I was diagnosed with ADHD in 1st grade. I am now a sophomore in college and I am very easily overwhelmed. My mom has an anxiety disorder and I have read that they can be genetic.

      Adhd and anxiety disorder from haveing adhd is having trouble paying attention to one thingsomething like that but anxiety is having trouble paying attention to one thingsomething like that but anxiety disorder have any relation adhd is from being stessed.
