I am a writer and I have ADHD. I have lots of stories in my head. How do I choose which to write?

I am a published writer (fiction and non-fiction); I also have ADHD. I get about five story ideas a day. I want to write all five but I obviously can’t. I finally tried a strategy where I start writing one on a yellow pad, then when one story takes the forefront, I just draw a line under what I’ve been writing and start the next story, then go back to the first or ahead to the third — in other words, I just follow my thought process. This seems to work ok, but is there a way for me to stick to one story at a time, and keep the other ones ‘in storage’ even though they keep popping out? I take meds already by the way.
