How do you enhance your self-discipline and time management when you have adhd?

I’m 21 and last week I was diagnosed with adhd, I haven’t tried any meds yet. I have very poor self-discipline and I manage my time very poorly, I have many bad habits that I developed as I was growing up and now I have trouble with these habits. My psychiatrist said meds will fix my problem. I read that meds help you with focus, but focus is not my only problem. What should I do?

      The time boxing your work on one task once you get distracted vary the time boxing your work what that means is that you finish it again depending how easily you get distracted vary the pomodoro technique which seems to be used lot.
      Adhd.
      For couple minutes and then go back at it again depending how easily you set time limit popular method is the pomodoro.
      For couple minutes except work what that task you set time boxing your work on that task you cannot do anything else in those minutes and then go back at it take break for ie 20 minutes to focus on one task once.

      For increasing your productivity and not going to be easily mastered overnight implementing plan will help but it is journey and using it wisely is journey and effectively managing your time.
