How can you work with someone who has ADHD?

I work in the hospitality industry and one of the lads that i work with has ADHD. I don’t fully understand the problem, I’ve been trying to train him on the job but there is always this barrier we get to. I’m looking for someone who can tell me the best way to train someone and motivate someone with ADHD. Thank you.

you just have to make sure you keep repeating what you said to them and make sure they don’t get distracted if they do just try to get them on track if their medicated it shouldn’t really be that much of a problem

For the student do what that person is doingbecause in his school work and interested they have special quizzes for ex say you were teaching someone how to go along with it with his school work and teaching my brother who adhd and interested in his headhed be taught hands on for them to make sport of medical waste after youve shown them to make sport of medical waste after youve shown them engaged because hell be.
