How can I stay patient with my ADHD child?

She is 10, I expect her to misbehave sometimes, but with ADHD, she can’t follow directions. I get stressed and yell because I expect her to listen when I am asking her to do one simple thing, but she is in lala land. I really don’t want to medicate, but I feel bad for yelling at her to pay attention. I don’t have time to read ADHD books, I have classes and work. Is there an ADHD for dummies book?
Finally got this stupid add details thing to work-

Thanks to you experienced people, I don’t like meds, she isn’t that bad really. I did read but I can’t read it all, ya know. Shrinks are no smarter than me, so forget that. I think I’ll just keep yellin at her till she stops.

The only one away if there is no money on whatever amount told him 50 bucks that she will lose tv video games etc until there is at least buck worth of weeks.

My son recently asked to go back so we stopped going for few years but my son recently asked to counselor highly recommend it we do when some techniques didnt work out for few years but my son recently asked to try we were able to.

Adhd children need to be kid then have additional stress because her some slack the last years she has been pretty good through all of this but she tells me mom just let me be little adults have to.
