my 10 year old grand daughter has both .concerta does not seem to help anymore . i have read some on omega 3 fish oil but i don’t know of anyone who has any personel experience with it. her problem is more odd than adhd she is very intelligent and gets good grades in school . however her attitude and disposition that is so bad.
