Can kittens and cats have ADHD or Schizophrenia?

My kitten will be 8 months old on August 22. She is a female domestic medium hair calico kitten. She acts crazy. Like she is hyper or something. This is all the time. Is it possible she has ADHD? She does crazy stuff too. Is this normal kitten behavior? Will it ever go away?

      An adult he would chase after lights and reflections and now hes an adult he would chase after lights and reflections and reflections.
      An adult he still does chances are it will because shes so dont worry too much.

      It’s perfectly normal, and they do grow up and out of it.
